Hicham Sadok

Full Professor of Economics and Finance, Mohammed 5 University of Rabat

Hicham Sadok is a full professor of Economics and Finance at Mohammed 5 University of Rabat (UM5R-Rabat), Morocco. He is a visiting professor at three universities: Mons (Belgium), Tunis (Tunisia), and Toulouse (France). He is the director of the "Economic Analysis and Modeling Laboratory" at UM5- Rabat. Hicham Sadok holds a Master's degree in Finance and Capital Markets from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (2001), a Postgraduate Diploma (DEA) in Management Sciences from Montesquieu-Bordeaux University (2003) in France, and a PhD in Financial Economics from Bordeaux IV University (2008). He is certified in the United Kingdom (OBPUK) as an Analyst in Geopolitics and International Finance (2022), in Financial Risk Management (2019), in Economic Analyst (2017), in Financial Investment Advisor (2013), and in Wealth Management (2019). He has been a financial analyst since 2010. Since 2009, he has taught Finance and economics at Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco. He has contributed to nine books, including three with CRC Press and two with IGI Global. He has also published over 63 research articles in internationally renowned peer-reviewed journals, including Q1 and Q2 journals, as well as conference proceedings from IEEE, Springer, and Elsevier. His research has been cited over 640 times, with an H-index of 14, an i-10 index of 20, and a cumulative JCR impact factor of over 100. His research focuses on financial economics, the digital economy, and economic development issues.
