Hanife Deniz Karaoğlan Yurtseven is associate professor of Economics at the Department of Economics, Gebze Technical University. Her main research interests are health economics, labor economics, economic growth and development and microeconometrics. She conducts her researches by using large data sets and by applying several microeconometric techniques. Her current studies are on early childhood development, young unemployment and the effect of maternal mental health on children’s health.
