Hamada Abu Nijmeh

Expert on Labor Policies and Former-Secretary General, Jordanian Ministry of Labor

Hamada Abu Nijmeh is a Lawyer and researcher in law and labor affairs. He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of the non-profit Workers House Center specialized in labor market studies, and a member of the Legal Experts Committee of the Arab Labor Organization. He serves as a Consultant to the International Labor Organization in reviewing labor legislation in Arab countries and international labor standards. He was the Former Secretary General of the Ministry of Labor in Jordan (2012 - 2016) and the former legal advisor to the Ministry, and Chairman of the Wages Authority.
