Federica Alfani is an Economist in the Poverty and Equity Global Practice at the World Bank, focusing on Tunisia. Her main scientific interests are in the fields of poverty, climate change and labor markets. Before joining the World Bank, she worked with the International Fund for Agricultural Development and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. Federica holds an MSc in Development Economics and International Cooperation, as well as a PhD in Economics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
