Davide is a Visiting Fellow at the LSE Middle East Centre and a Research Fellow at the Gran Sasso Science Institute. He was previously a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and holds a PhD from the London School of Economics. Davide's thesis was awarded the 2016 G. Leonardi PhD Dissertation Prize and the 2014 G. Atalık Prize. In the past, he worked for the European Commission and was a consultant for the European Parliament. His research cuts across Economic Geography, Political Economy and Public Economics, and primarily focuses on Turkey and Europe
