Cristina Mereuta is Acting Head of the Knowledge Hub for Skills and Jobs at the European Training Foundation (ETF), the EU agency supporting human capital development in neighbouring regions. She leads ETF’s work on skills anticipation and matching, labour market policies, employability, adult learning, and the impact of the green transition on skills. With extensive experience in research, policy dialogue, and capacity building, Cristina has contributed to reforms enhancing skills identification, labour mobility, and school-to-work transitions across EU partner countries.
