Antoine Castet

Since October 2020, Antoine Castet is a PhD student at Sorbonne Institute of Development Studies (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University). His research interests are in development economics and economic history. Specifically, he is interested in African rurality. His thesis is on determinants and consequences of large-scale land acquisitions in Africa. My thesis advisor is Prof. Alain Desdoigts (UMR D&S).
