Cian Mulligan is a Research Lead at the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC). Since he joined KAPSARC in 2018, he has worked on topics related to the socioeconomic impact of the energy transition, as well as local content issues in renewable and traditional energy production.
