Can Labor Mobility Enhance MENA Employment? Mode 4 vs. Temporary Migration
This project investigated the economic impact of greater labor mobility on MENA labor abundant countries (Jordan and Tunisia) with a focus on employment and education. The focus was on the respective effects of temporary migration and Mode 4 delivery of services as defined by the GATTS, and on comparing their benefits and costs for sending countries and their domestic labor markets.
