Hassen Ouerghemmi

Consultant, Agricultural Innovation Systems

Mr. Hassen Ouerghemmi is an agronomist and rural development specialist with expertise in agricultural innovations, political economy, and agroecological transitions. He holds an engineering degree in livestock production from the University of Sousse and a master’s degree in natural resources management. Since 2019, he has worked with ICARDA, where he currently serves as a consultant Agricultural Innovation Systems Specialist. His research focuses on farm efficiency, sustainability, participatory tools, policy analysis, and statistical modeling, and he is also pursuing a PhD on these themes.
