Moongyung Lee

Leader, Egypt Country Programme, Clean Energy Finance and Investment Mobilisation (CEFIM) Programme, OECD

Ms. Moongyung Lee is currently leading OECD’s Egypt Country Programme through the Clean Energy Finance and Investment Mobilisation (CEFIM) Programme of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Previously, she worked as an investment Officer (non-sovereign operation) at the African Development Bank (AfDB). Ms. Lee also worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Green Climate Fund (GCF), working on projects around climate finance and green capital market development.  Ms. Lee also served as Clean Technology Innovation Program Manager at the technology and innovation agency of Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Republic of Korea.
