Khairat Barakat

Chairman, Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS)

Major General Khairat Barakat is the Chairman of Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS), Egypt since February 2018. Previously, his excellency was the President Advisor of Arab Republic of Egypt and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Manager of the Officer’s Affairs department in Armed Forces, and Manager of the Military Registers department in Armed Forces. Major General Barakat holds Masters in Military Science from Command & Staff College and a Fellowship of Higher War College from Nasser Military Academy.
