Abdelmalek GHANNEM was born in 1972 in Kairouan –Tunisia. Abdelmalek studied low at Sousse University, earning his mastery in 1996. He lived to Strasbourg and USA to study leadership and communication skills .He was appointed as teacher in many high institute and universities, he was trainer and head trainer in many area conferences and world congress. With NGOs , he served in 2007 as JCI Tunisia National President and he was selected by the 2007 World President as the most outstanding National President in Africa and Meddle East. He conducted his country to be elected to host the 2009 Junior Chamber International World congress. Since 2009, he founded SOIB and he serves until now as CEO .
