Dr. Mohamed Elsayed Abdelmomen holds a PhD in Business Administration, specializing in Entrepreneurship and SMEs, and has over 20 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sectors. He has worked with international NGOs and UN agencies across various fields, including microfinance, vocational training, value chain development, youth entrepreneurship, and private sector development. In addition to his development work, Dr. Mohamed has collaborated with universities in Sudan to foster MBA programs, contributing to curriculum development and teaching. He also has significant expertise in research and survey design, particularly in development contexts. Currently, Dr. Mohamed serves as the UNIDO Country Representative in Sudan, where he continues to lead impactful initiatives focused on fostering sustainable economic development.
