Ibrahim El Souri is a retired Ambassador and former Advisor to the former Arab League SG on Arab National Security and Combating Terrorism. He was also the Director of the Department of Development and Social Policies, the Technical Secretariat of the Council of the Arab Ministers of Social Affairs, a Chairperson of the Drafting Committee of the Arab League Council. (The Foreign Ministers Council and the LEADER Summit) and a Director of the Department of Society Development and Social Services, LAS. Also, he was Head of the Human Development Section, LAS, Head of the Arab-European Dialogue Section at the League of Arab States.
