Sevane Ananian joined the ILO Cairo Office in February 2017 as a Wages specialist for Africa. Prior to his assignment, he had worked as an economist in statistical departments of the French administration. His main fields of studies were wages and labour costs. In this context, he also worked as a rapporteur for the French minimum wage expert group.
