Fayçal Mraihi is assistant professor in corporate finance in the finance - accounting department at Higher School of Economic and Commercial Sciences of Tunis, Tunisia. His primary interests include entrepreneurial finance; prediction of corporate bankruptcy and recovery strategies for companies in difficulty. He earned his MBA and his Ph.D. in Finance, from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of Tunisia. From 2002 to 2018, he worked as Assistant and Assistant Professor at the Gabes Institute of Management, at the Faculty of Juridical, Economic Sciences and Management of Jendouba and at Higher School of Economic and Commercial Sciences of Tunis. He has written a number of papers that he has presented in national and international journals and seminars.
