The Egyptian Labor Market in a Revolutionary Era

Following the data collection phase of the new labor market survey, which was carried out in collaboration with the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS), ERF has commissioned a set of papers that have made use of the data. The papers addressed different aspects of the labor market in Egypt, including the mismatch between education and labor market needs, youth transitions to the labor market, labor market dynamics, SMEs, wages, international migration etc. The output of this project is published as an edited volume by Oxford University Press.
