Sonja Juko is an economist and holds a doctorate in political science from Goethe University, Frankfurt, Germany. She works as senior advisor for monetary policy and financial market issues at the Center for International Central Bank Dialogue of Deutsche Bundesbank. In this position, she is responsible for the conduct of international and bilateral trainings and also engages in longer-term advisory projects for foreign central banks on monetary policy issues. Her main interests are practical aspects related to the strategy, the implementation and the communication of monetary policy.
